Roasted by ourselves since 2011
From a first shop on Nimmanhaemin to the World Latte Art Championship title in Budapest — fourteen years of roasting, competing and opening houses, year by year.
2011

Opened our first coffee shop on Nimmanhaemin, Chiang Mai. One month later our founder Arnon represented Thailand at the World Latte Art Championship in the Netherlands — 6th in the world. The legacy begins.
2012
Went to San Francisco to learn how to roast coffee, then started roasting our own on a 6 kg Giesen coffee roaster.
2014 – 2015

1st, 2nd and 4th place at the Thailand National Latte Art Championship; 5th place at the World Latte Art Championship 2015 in Sweden.
2016 – 2017

1st place at the Thailand National Latte Art Championship, two years running (2016 and 2017).
2017
World Latte Art Champion in Budapest, Hungary — and World Latte Art Battle Champion in South Korea. The crowning year.
2018 – 2019

Going around the world sharing our passion and knowledge. 1st at the Thailand National Coffee in Good Spirits Championship; 6th at the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship 2019 in Berlin.
2020 – 2022

Started working directly with high-quality producers around the world — first Costa Rica and Panama, then Colombia, Honduras, Ethiopia and Bolivia, concentrating on coffee processing. Opened the Roast8ry Flagship Store, Chiang Mai.
2023 – 2024

Thailand Barista Champion; 13th place at the World Barista Championship. Opened Roast8ry KKC in Khon Kaen.
2025
Opened ROAS+8RY, Bangkok — our conceptual house.
